General
1. By using our exchange services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.
2. Refunds will not be issued if a payment method or account has reached its limits.
3. We are not responsible for incorrectly redeemed or invalid PaySafeCard codes.
4. Only PaySafeCard codes issued within accepted regions may be exchanged.
5. A clear screenshot of the card/payment proof may be required to verify transactions.
Payments
6. Do not spam or rush exchangers; please wait patiently for your exchange to be completed.
7. If requested, you must provide proof of your transaction or payment.
8. Exchangers are not obligated to share personal account information or screenshots.
9. PayPal payments must be sent via Friends & Family (F&F), using PayPal Balance, with no notes attached.
10. Always send a screenshot of the payment confirmation after sending funds.
Exchanges
11. Cryptocurrency must be sent to the correct wallet address and amount; mistakes cannot be refunded.
12. Clients must remain responsive and available during the exchange process.
13. Sending funds via Card/Bank Transfer without notifying the exchanger may void the exchange and any refund eligibility.
14. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
15. We are not responsible for disputes or scams that occur outside official exchange procedures.
16. Sending funds before opening a ticket is done at your own risk and may result in no refund/exchange.
17. Sending funds to a different exchanger, incorrect payment address, or wrong email may result in a warning and no refund/exchange.
18. Wait until the exchanged funds have been successfully received before closing the ticket.
Liability
19. Security fees are not included unless explicitly stated.
20. By opening a ticket and proceeding with an exchange, you acknowledge and accept all terms listed above.
21. Failure to follow these Terms of Service may result in warnings, denied refunds, canceled exchanges, or loss of access to our services.
