We are not responsible for disputes or scams that occur outside official exchange procedures.

Sending funds before opening a ticket is done at your own risk and may result in no refund/exchange.

Sending funds to a different exchanger, incorrect payment address, or wrong email may result in a warning and no refund/exchange.

Wait until the exchanged funds have been successfully received before closing the ticket.
